Q: How do I manage/cancel my Kiddopia subscription?

To cancel your subscription, tap on the Manage Subscription button on the Settings page of Kiddopia, and follow the instructions listed to cancel a subscription.

Q: I have an active subscription but the content is locked

If you are unable to access your subscription on the device that you purchased, please tap on the 'Restore Purchase' button in the app to unlock previous purchases again.

Q: Can I share my subscription through Family Sharing?

If you have enabled family sharing for subscriptions, in your Apple account settings, then your family members should immediately get access to Kiddopia subscription without the need for a Kiddopia account.
